Opening database over a network.

Sometimes when I try to open a database, front end on my
pc, back end on a server (with Windows 2000 Server), I get
the message: "Microsoft Jet Database Engine cannot open
MyFilename. It is already opened exclusively by another
user or you need permission to view its data."

The problem is, no one else has the file open, and it does
open correctly sometimes so I must have the correct
permissions to view the data.

Any ideas? Thanks.
