Opening Calendar directly from an e-mail message

An e-mail message will often include dates to be checked out or incorporated
with my Calendar. Is there an instruction (icon) available in an Outlook
e-mail toolbar to go directly to Calendar without having to minimize the
message? Such an icon does exist for Contacts (Address book).

Send the message as an appointment and it will be added to the recipient's
calendar.
