When sending calendar item I receive an NDR for a recipient not in the TO: list.

I'm trying to troubleshoot when I send a calendar item to a specific user I
receive a NDR for a e-mail account that no longer exist in AD.

NDR body:
The e-mail account does not exist at the organization this message was sent
to. Check the e-mail address, or contact the recipient directly to find out
the correct address.

Any ideas?

Sounds like the hidden delegate rule still might be forwarding those requests. You can delete the delegate rule with the free MAPI Editor tool from http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=55FDFFD7-1878-4637-9808-1E21ABB3AE37. Complete instructions in the mfcmapi.doc included with the download.
