Opening ALL UDP ports

For my game to work it tells me i must open all udp ports for peer to peer
connection how do i do this?

I'd find another game. Anything that demands that you open up a boatload of
ports from the Internet isn't worth it. If you insist, look in your windows
firewall exceptions and check out help & support. I wouldn't do it.
