Opening Access 2003 & 2007

I have Access 2003 & 2007 any time that I exit one and try to open the other
I get the message that "Windows installer is loading Access ...." and after
while I get the second message that "Please wait while windows configures
Microsoft office .....". Both softwares work fine but above mentioned process
takes more that a minute. Is there a way to fix this annoying problem. Please
advice.

This also happened with previous versions when you had both on your
machine - I believe it has to load different libraries, etc for the version
you have open.
I am quite successfully modifying Access 2003 databases in 2007, even though
a few users are still on 2003.
