Hi all,

When I click on START......NEW OFFICE DOCUMENT......BLANK DOCUMENT I no
longer get a new empty document, it now has a picture on that I had
previously copied and pasted into a word document.
How can I re-set this so when I click on BLANK DOCUMENT I actually get
a blank document?
Many thanks.

From the FAQ:

28. My blank document has text in it - an old letter, etc. See

This picture is on your template for new documents- normal.dot

Windows key-F, set criteria to search in hidden folders, and search for
normal.dot.

You may find more that 1 copy. You now have some choices- you can
delete or rename them or you can right click on it and select open- Do
Not Double Click on it. Delete the graphic and re-save the doc.
