opening a new window in explorer

HI i'v been trying to open a new window in explorer
and nothing happends
iv also gone in to the settings and theres nothing there
to enable multi windows.

can any one help me with this

Go to Tools | Internet Options | Advanced.
Uncheck "Reuse windows for launching shortcuts".

i have tryed the uncheck Reuse windows for launching

shortcuts and still the same thing is happing

Do you have a PopUP Stopper program installed? Unless you use the by-pass
key, these programs stop new windows from opening.
