Explorer only in one window?!

How come I only get ONE window for explorer?
For example I start explorer visit a site.. Then click on explorer again (or
in meny archive "new window" I dont get a new window. The first page I loaded
in first window will disappear and the new page will be loaded in same
window..

Internet Explorer, right?

Open Internet Options, click Advanced tab, deselect "Reuse windows for
launching shortcuts".
