Opening a hyperlink in the same window

I have a list of hyperlinks in Excel or Word.
The links are all to the same HTML file.
The problem: each time I press a link, a new web window
opens. I want to open just one.

Hi Yuval,

Go to Tools | Internet Options | Advanced.
Check "Reuse windows for launching shortcuts".
