Opening a database across a network

Hello,

I'm trying to store a database on my web server and let
others (who also have the same version of access) open the
database. Some users are within my intranet, some aren't.
Regardless of thier location, when they try to open it it
says: "The file is located outside your intranet or is
from an untrusted site. Microsoft Access will not open due
to potential security problems" I dont want the users to
download it and I have gone in to the Tools - Options menu
in internet explorer and added the ip of my server to both
the "trusted sites" list and the "local intranet sites"
lists, but to no avail. it still wont open the file.
Please help.
Thank you,

Jhonny
