"openinf file..."ENABLE MACROS...DISABLE MACROS"

How can I get the Enable/Disable macro window to NOT appear each time I open
an Excel file.

I do NOT use macros...therefore, I do not need to see the window...I always
click "disable macros."

Probably you have some unused modules in your workbook. Remove them!
Alt-F11 (VB Editor)/View/Project Explorer/Modules(under your workbook
name)/Right click on Module1, Module2, .../Remove module
