Open With Access

I am running Windows XP Home Edition. I installed Picture It on the computer
and wish to have this program available for digital photo editing. However,
when I right click on a photo file, and select Open With, Picture It is not
shown as available. How do I add Picture it to the list of programs shown?

Why don't you use the "Browse" button in order to associate the executable
program file (PI.EXE or PIP.EXE depending on the version). Don't forget
to tick the checkbox at the bottom of this dialog.
