Hello all,

I am using Windows 2000 pro service pack 4 with all the patches. When I
click on the Windows Explorer icon to open it, I would like it to
automatically open to the c: drive instead of to "My Documents". In fact I
don't want "My Documents" to show at all. Is there a way to fix that?

Thanks,

Gale

Edit the shortcut's "Target" to read
%systemroot%\explorer.exe /e,C:\

Hello Dave,

I just finished "googling" and found this and tried it:
%SystemRoot%\explorer.exe /n,/e,/select,C:\

It worked just fine.

Thank you,

Gale
