open web page using Access control

Is there a way to open a internet web page using a control in Access? I want
the user to be able to click on the control and it will open up a web page at
the following address:

http://www.deq.state.or.us/wq/pubs/factsheets/uic/uicstormwater.pdf

Actually the solution was as simple as specifying the hyperlink address in
the button control properties. I thought I would need to create a click
event procedure but that was not the case. Now the desired web page opens
when i click on the button control.
