Open Unexpected Problem

When I try open my webs which have been published to an
external server I get the message 'an unexpected error
has been encountered' and if I go to My Network places. I
get the same message when I try and open the files from
there.

Does anyone know what can be causing this?
 
in fp try Help/ Detect and repair and run that. if it doesn't work it may
be server side. are all these webs hosted on the same external server?
