Open search button to full screen

What do I set so that when I click on the search button
that the search window opens in full screen? I know that
I can expand the search window once it's on the side, but
I would like it to open in the full window to start.

Open such a link.
Don't use the maximize button.
Stretch the edges/corners so that the window fills the screen.
Close all other IE windows.
Close the stretched window last.
