Open Save file prompt

Simply, how do you get rid of the open/save file prompt in Windows2003 in a
Terminal Application server session? It is prompting us on shortcuts created
in desktop profiles with the 'save' option greyed out.
 
I think you need to better explain your situation if you want a response.
