open/save dialog replacement or enhancement?

Hi, I am so fed up of the regular open/save dialog in windows. I need
something like this

"Direct Folders is a program that places a little button on the right
side of the title bar in the standard Windows File Open/Save dialog
boxes, as well as on the caption bar of Windows Explorer and Browse
for Folder dialog boxes. This button displays a list of commonly
accessed folders that can also be organized in the sub-menus. Clicking
on any name in this list will make a dialog box immediately display
the contents of the selected folder."

Anyone knows if there's a freeware that'll do this?

p.s. win xp

Hi,
Visit http://www.pricelessware.org/thelist/fil.htm for several
programs that may do what you want.
