Right click on a .PDF file and select "Open With". The go choose CutePDF and
ensure the "Always use" (at the bottom of the dialog box) checkbox is
checked. This will mean, however, that CutePDF will be used to open PDFs
even when you double click on one in Windows Explorer not just IE.
