Open Outlook Express attachments in Outlook

We just upgraded to Microsoft Outlook 2003 and there are many users
who need to access old saved email attachments that are in Outlook
Express format. How can I associate the OE attachments to open up in
Outlook 2003. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,

You can't. You can set the eml-files to open with Notepad as well though.
