Open new IE tab to home page?

Aloha all. Using IE7. When I open a new page it's blank. Is there a way to
set IE to open all new tabs to my home page?

Start > Control Panel > Internet Options > Tab Options > TICK "Open home
page for new tabs.." > OK > OK
