Bill I'm a complete idiot, how did you make your links work in a new browser?
I'm using frontPage 2003

In the "Edit Hyperlink" box/window (can never remember what they're called), click on "Target Frame" on the right, and select "new window."

Just one addition, be careful if you make this the page default setting. If
you have any FP navigation bars and other links that should use the same
window, they will ALL be changed to open in a new window. I'm just getting
started with FP03 so I don't know if there's a setting to undo this for the
navbars, but in FP2K there wasn't one.
