Open Internet Explorer in new window

Hi, whenever i open try to open a new internet explorer
window, its opens up on the previously opened window. Can
anyone help me to overcome this problem?
 
In IE when you go to File...New...Window (I think that's what you are trying
to do), it's expected behavior that the new window will load whatever is in
the browser you did this action from.
