Open in new windows

when i right hand click on a link and select open in new
windows nothing happens its OK on All other PC's/Laptops

Hi Chris,

Type REGSVR32 OLEAUT32 in the RUN box. If you receive an error message such as module not found, extract a new copy of this file from source and re-register it. If that did not help, see the links provided by Don Varnau.
