"Open in New Window"

When I right-click and choose "Open in New Window" in Outlook, the new window
is always extremely small ~ is there a way to get new windows opened this way
to be maximized?
 
Drag the window edges to the size you'd like, then close the
window and try reopening it again, should work.

Been there, did that. Only works for the one window opening. Don't want to
have to do that every time I open a new window. I'm interested in a SOLUTION
to the window opening up teeny-weeny small ~ is there a way to get it to OPEN
MAXIMIZED so I don't have to play with it?
 
You need to do it with only one window open and NOT maximized as it only
uses the "Windowed" setting.
