Open in new window is blank?

When i try to open a webpage using "open in new window" ,the new window
is blank.i dont know why.Nothing is been shown in this new window.Any
hints plz?

Are you hovering the mouse over the link, & then doing a Right-Click and then selecting "Open in new window"?

Other than this, does your Internet Explorer browser give you other problems?

First off... are you using internet explorer? And does it happen when
you try on a particular page?
