All Blank

Whenever Pop ups come,they are blank.I can't see them.
Similarly,when I right click & select Links List/Images List,It opens up but
blank.I press F5,but of no use.
Similarly,When a link opens on another page,it opens up blank.I have to
press refresh to see the page.
