Open in New Window does not work

Dear sir,

My Internet Explorer 6 in Windows NT does not work when I

Open a link by "Open in New Window",

My system is windows NT4, and I reinstalled ie6SP1 and restart,

Bt it dont work still.

Any help will be appreciated .

It pop up a new bland IE window with out any context on it.

One way to solve:

Click "Stop" button in the new window,
then the address of the new link
will appear in the address bar,
And Click Go,

Any Ideas ?
