Open file window and hyperlink

Hi,

I have an Access database in which people are recording information from
memos. I also have a link to the file on our common drive. As it is, I just
have a hyperlink text box where you enter the complete file location
manually. I would like to be able to create a button, or make it so when you
click the box, the open file window opens and when they choose the file, the
file location value is saved in the box. Also if I could set the open file
window to start at a certain folder, that would be great as well. Thanks a
lot for any help.
