Open File dialog ordering change

Hello:

I'm not sure how exactly to describe the problem, and thus I can't
find a solution... I know I fixed it once before, but that was a long
time ago.

My problem is, I prefer to have things sorted by name. However, each
and every time I use the open dialog box in programs, it defaults to
last modified. Even if I change it to sort by name, it'll last until
I close the program or reboot.

How do I remove this default search order?

2. Sort the files by name
3. Control click the close button on the top right (X)
