Open existing Session on Win2kServer with Remote Desktop Connection

Hi,

I have a Win2k Server on VMware GSX. Here I have a session and some
applications running.
Now I want to connect from remote side (WinXP) with Remote Desktop
Conection on this Server. This works, but it opens a new session, so I
cannot work with the applications that are running.
Both sessions have the same user account(local admin).

Is there any possibility to get just the other session?

For the people, that are interesed:

Just connect then Start->Programs->Administrative Tools->Terminal
Services Manager
There you can see all connections and you can connect to existing ones.
