Open excel pivot source data in Access?

I have an Excel (2003) pivot table based on an Access table. Is there a way
to open the source data in Access?
 
To me this doesn't make sense. You P/T is based on data in Access and you
want to open it in Access. Is it not already there? If you are looking to
mirror the pivot table in Access then look for a crosstab query or produce a
report
