Open Browser Window

I am trying to insert an Open Browser Window behavior. On mouse over I would
like to see the hand as when you mouse over a normal hyperlink. When I use
the Open Browser Window behavior it uses the I-Beam on mouse over. Can I have
FP use the hand instead of the I-Beam? Also, is there a way to do this
without the viewer having to use their control button to open the new window?
I am trying to get a new smaller window to open over the main window.

adding javascript:void(0) in the hyperlink works for me

If the window opens on mouseover WinXP SP2 (and other pop-up blockers)
will probably block the pop-up, since it is "automatic". If you use
onclick (manually opened) the pop-up should open without problems
(with WinXP SP2 - cannot say for other blockers)
