Open and close tree view

Please tell me there's a keyboard shortcut for opening and closing tree views -- and what
it is. I can't get to first base with the "help" system, wherein I know there is an index
of keyboard shortcuts.

You might want to take a look at this article:

List of the keyboard shortcuts that are available in Windows XP

It sounds as if the left and right arrows are what you're
looking for.

As for Help and Support, do the following:

Go to Start -> Run. Copy and paste the following into the Open
box.

hh.exe ms-its:C:\WINDOWS\Help\keyshort.chm::/keys_general.htm
