Open All Tracks and Cars?

Please help! I purchased RalliSport for my grandson and only a few races and
cars are available. I know that in other games you can bypass the race
requirements and try all cars and tracks. He is young (only six) and can't
possibly win all the races. He just likes to drive and have fun and would
like to see and try as many tracks and cars as possible. I don't understand
locking material that a user has paid for. The game is great and all he
wants is to try it all.

Any code or cheat that would make it work fully would be appreciated.
