Open access database without access

Does anyone know if it is possible to create a form/table/etc. but when
you start it, it can open without the access window opening behind
it... or better yet, if it can open on a computer without access, even
though it was created in access? Like an .exe file or web export?

sorry, this cannot be done. access MUST be open to desplay it's objects.

the above site shows how to "hide" the access database window and just
display form(s). I've read the info at the site but I have never used it.
