Exporting to stand-alone program?

Hi,
I'm completely new to Access. I've created a form which (if possible) i
would like people to open without Access having to start (it's a bit of a
hassle). Is there a possibility to export it to a stand-alone .exe?

No. You need either an full version or the runtime version of Access to
run your application.
