Open a 2nd form in front of the first form

Opening a second form from my primary form, when the 2nd form opens up the
sucker is behind the first one & I can not input anything in it until I close
the first one. Is there a simple "Bring To Front" command that I can use when
the first form opens the second. This is all done in my coding

You can set the Modal Property of the form to True

Is the first Form open in Modal (and Popup) mode, i.e. Dialog mode?
