You can overlap it, but if its Opaque you will cover everything up, so I
assume you mean "Can I put an image with the Alpha channel of its background
colour turned off so that it will appear transparent in those areas, onto a
Movie Clip"? To which the answer is yes, but its a hell of a fiddle and the
results I have seen others produce are frankly "Yuck"
There are some excellent free packages that will do what you want and a
whole lot more, MovieXone is such a program www.aist.de used to have it for
download, but nowadays you need to look for it on a magazine coverdisk...PC
Utilities is such a Mag.
It can be found on the net on various places. Just Google "moviexone.exe".
The last free evaluation version is v4.0 (29916 KB). It is limited in
features (but not much), but not limited in time.
