Ontel Universal Inkjet refill system - experiences needed

I just purchased an Ontel Universal Inkjet refill system it reads on the
box that it refills any inkjet cartridge but after spending about $256 for
both the Black and color kits I find inside that I need to buy another smart
chip kit for $20 inorder to make it work on my Epson T-028 and T-O29 ink
cartridges- so far this is looking like an expensive sham. Does anyone out
there have any experience with filling these two cartridges (they are for
the Epson stylus C60 printer.

Most appreciative for any emials detailing your experience with this fill
kit as used on Epson T-028 or T-029 ink cartridges.

I don't have any personal experience with that specific system, however
I've found that universal refills are poor choices for ink quality - the
inks do not work great in all printers, and the kits tend to be
expensive.

Instead, I recommend you buy a refill kit that is specifically made for
your printer model. It should have everything you need and the ink will
be formulated for your printhead. The results will be identical to OEM
ink cartridges.

Try places like AtlanticInkjet or InkJetGoodies for refill kits and bulk
ink.
