I am a new user of FrontPage 2003. I am trying to build
my 1st website. When I apply a THEME to my Home page all
that appears is the THEME'S background - no banners,
navigation bars, lines, etc. Before I applied the theme
I selected I 1st viewed it with the CUSTOMIZE option. I
was expecting all the objects and the formatting set-up
that appeared in that view to be applied to my Home
page. I do understand that this is model that can be
amended to fit my particular needs.

Is there anything wrong with the way FronPage 2003
applies the theme or am I misunderstanding its function?

You have to build the navigation structure of your site for those items to
appear.

Hi Thomas:

Thanks for your speedy reply.

I don't know what "build the navigation structure of your
site" means.
On the Navigation Screen I have a Home Page with 3 pages
branched independently to Home.

Under Navigation View you have to link the pages to your home page.

So you are seeing the home page with the 3 pages each link to it in
navigation view, correct?
What are you seeing on each page in Normal View, do you see add this page to
navigation, etc.?
