Only specific users should be allowed to use specific PCs

(Generally every user must be able to use each PC in our
Company.)
But at 7 specific computers only a group of 7 specific
users should be allowed to use this 7 computers.

You can configure the appropriate security policy - local/OU for those
computers to contain only the authorized users/groups in the logon locally
user right. Look under security settings/local policies/user rights for that
setting. --- Steve
