Only Receive

I have a dial-up connection. Is it possible to choose to only receive
messages? – I see in the Tools Menu there is Send All but not Receive All. I
used to be able to do this in Outlook Express

I am using 2003

If you have no messages in your outbox, then it will not send anything
anyway. plus, if you are on dial up, you may want to check the option to
'download headers only'.
This way it will download the minimal amount of info, and if you want to
read the email it will download the rest on demand.
