Only one instance of IE runs

Hi.

I am having this problem of not being able to run more
than one IE window at the same time. As soon as I clik on
IE icon or the quick launch or via the command prompt to
start my second IE window.. I get an error dialog frame..
saying "IE has run into some problem".

In other words.. at a time I can only have one IE window
(unless I do Ctrl-N on my only window to get another one.)

Any help would be great.
