Only grand total in Pivot Table

Hello wizards!
There's a way to show only the last column (grand total)
in a pivot table?

I have to present the worksheet but the audience does not
have to view the detail data while using the filter
button.
I tried the "group" option with no result :(

I think!!! theres a 'Filter' option if you click on the headers which
lists what can be turned on/off.
