Only Classic style available

[=?ISO-8859-1?Q?Jos=E9_Jeria?=]

A friend of mine has Windodows XP SP1, and he only has Windows Classic Style in
the appearence tab in the display properties.

Did he deleted something? Is it possible to get Windows XP Style back?
