online video shuts down explorer

when trying to watch a video on yahoo music or aol music using there online
video player I get the dreaded explorer has encountered a problem and must
close screen. The video starts to play then explorer closes. have run all
adaware , spyware and antivirus programs have run disc clean up. have no idea
what is going on! PLEASE HELP

Are you current with all updates from windows update...If so,event viewer is
a good place to start for events/warnings,click on the url with it,this opens
knowlege base help/support,usually with a fix or answer.Video/audio use alot
of ram memory,do you have enough,max out if possible.Finally,thier is a
hotfix
for IE with SP2,its #892052
