online store

I have a prospective client that has a shoe/clothing/accessories store that
is wanting me to design a website for her and get an online store running
for her - this is my first 'biggie' that is commercial - can someone point
me to a good server -I use a linux - so I'm thinking I need to use a windows
server for her since it looks like a database run site and that might be
easier on a windows server and fp2003? Also, anyone have a good easy online
store that they would recommend?

I'm checking this out now - looks good ... and fairly easy - but now I'll
need a good windows (cheap) server - since the server I host all my other
sites is a linux server - got one you can recommend that will run
candypress?
