Online exams for website visitors

Hi Experts,

I'm not sure if I'm in the correct forum. If not please direct me to the
right one.
I want to set up a web page for taking online exams/tests. I want the test
questions to be multiple choice and the test results calculated automatically
when the test taker clicks a submit button. I'll need access to the results
so I can review and discuss with the test taker.

Hi,

What you need is this:

- a server-side platform where users have to log in (if they are not logged
in, how can you be sure he/she is the student that he/she preteds to be?) -
best choice could be a learning management systems (some ideas at
www.hlrnet.com/ctodl.htm)
- a (clientside) program to elaborate the test.

There are quite some authoring tools available (see my list is at
www.hlrnet.com/aw.htm) but I know only three that are suited to create
tests: Quia, Respondus and TCExam.
