Online Calendar?

Does anyone here know of a good online calendar that:
1. Allows recurring events than can be chosen by "business days". (ie,
8th business day of the month, every month)
2. can be printed nicely.

Actually, I prefer online but will resort to software if need be...

Any suggestions?

Both Yahoo Calendar and Google Calendar have gotten good reviews. I
haven't used either, so I'm not sure if they have the single exact
feature you are looking for.
